Today I checked one thing off of my Yellow Springs to-do-list: I hiked through The Glen! The Glen draws people from in and out of town. Quiet, green and absolutely stunning, it took my breath away! It's a place nature lovers go to have a moment of personal reflection, exercise, take family pets and loved ones on a stroll, read a book...the list goes on! I could easily see myself practicing some yoga among the trees (while it's still warm, that is!).

Within the Glen lies the origin of the town's name: the Yellow Spring! It's tradition for newcomers to drink from the spring, so of course I leapt at the chance to do it!

A tad rusty, but still refreshing!

To be surrounded by so much beauty is the greatest gift! The Glen is truly a special place! If you're ever in town, pay it a visit! xx
